Admission & Fee

Admission to PGDM Programme is done through TECNIAMAT Entrance test, held twice a year. For appearing in the entrance test (TECNIAMAT), a student has to fill up APPLICATION FORM FOR TECNIAMAT ENTRANCE TEST Form which is provided separately in an envelope along with this STUDENT HANDBOOK & PROSPECTUS. Please see the instructions for filling up the TECNIAMAT ENTRANCE TEST. You need to send the form in the same envelope by Registered/Speed Post so as to reach the TIAS-CDL Institute, on or before the last date printed on the application form. No other document is required to be submitted along with this form. The Entrance Test will be held on the following two dates:

TECNIAMAT- 3rdSunday of December & 3rd Sunday of June (Timing: 10.00 a.m. — 1.00 p.m.)

  • A student can appear in anyone of the above TECNIAMAT Examinations.


Validity of Open MAT Score

Candidates who have qualified for admission on the basis of the score obtained in the Entrance Test (TECNIAMAT) will be eligible to seek admission into PGDM Programme in the First Semester. Admission to the management program will be done on the basis of the score obtained in the TECNIAMAT or a valid score card of CAT / MAT / GMAT/ATMA/CMAT/NAT is also accepted.



The admissions to the PGD programs are held twice a year in the months of January and July based on the criteria as prescribed under the guidelines issued by Joint Committee of UGC-AICTE-DEC, Ministry of HRD, and Govt. of India.

Graduation and clearance of CAT / MAT / GMAT/ ATMA /CMAT/ NAT/ TECNIAMAT or any other entrance test conducted by State Governments / any other recognized body.



  • For appearing in the entrance test of TECNIAMAT, a student has to fill up APPLICATION FORM FOR TECNIAMAT ENTRANCE TEST and submit it as per instructions.
  • After Filling the Form, the student has to submit the Application form in hard(if downloaded from the website) copy along with processing fees of Rs. 1000/- by DD/ Direct Transfer, in favour of TECNIA INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED STUDIES-CDL(Allahabad Bank A/C No.: 50197458724, IFSC: ALLA0212133).
  • Lateral Admission: Lateral admission in second year is permissible to deserving candidates who have partially completed MBA / PGDM from a recognized institution and satisfy the criteria for such admissions.

  • For Indian Residents (General or Civil / Defence Personnel / Paramilitary / Police / Tecnia employee): Rs. 1000/-.

**Note: The registration fees must be paid along with the application form, failing which the form will not be processed. Registration fee implies application processing fees.

**Rs. 5000/- is payable if the Candidate avails the Summer Training Guidance and Project Work Guidance from TIAS-CDL.


  • Examination Fee is Rs. 1000/- per Semester (1st, 2nd,3rd& 4th).
  • Evaluation Fee for Training/Internship is Rs 1000/- for Semester V.
  • Evaluation Fee for Project Work is Rs 1000/- for Semester VI.
  • In case students opt/seek help from TIAS-CDL corporate resources cell of training/Internship or project he/she will be charged Rs.5000 for 5th and 6th semester.

  • Incomplete Application Form(s), Re-Registration Form(s), received after due date, having wrong options of courses or electives or false information, will be summarily rejected without any intimation to the learners. The learners are, therefore, advised to fill up the relevant columns carefully and enclose copies of all the required certificates self-attested.
  1. Re-Appear In Disqualified Papers: Students must submit Re-appear examination form mentioning the Course with respective codes after depositing the required reappear fees.

**Change Of Specialization Stream Is Not Permitted.........


Refund of Fee

In the event of a Student / Candidate cancelling admission before the last date of admission, the entire fee collected from the student, after a deduction of the processing fee of not more than Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) shall be refunded, but in the event of cancellation made after the last date of admission, No Amount will be refunded to the student(s).
